Health benefits of eating the tropical fruit Guayabas

Guayabas, are a tropical fruit originating in the South of Mexico and Central America, and they are also called:

  • Guavas
  • Guayabos
  • Psidium
  • Guajava

GuayabasThey are oval with light green or yellow edible skin and contain edible seeds.

They are amazingly rich in ascorbic acid (vitamin C), fibre, potassium, and antioxidants.
