Guayabas, are a tropical fruit originating in the South of Mexico and Central America, and they are also called:

  • Guavas
  • Guayabos
  • Psidium
  • Guajava

GuayabasThey are oval with light green or yellow edible skin and contain edible seeds.

They are amazingly rich in ascorbic acid (vitamin C), fibre, potassium, and antioxidants.

Because it’s remarkable nutrient content it is considered a super fruit that gives you many health benefits.
